Hi there,
I received a suspected IP violation for trademark misuse (Jellycat).

What steps can I take to get it removed?

How does this differ from a standard IP complaint?
Thanks!

Amazon thinks your listing might be misusing the Jellycat brand. Are you actually selling an authentic Jellycat product? Sometimes the violation goes away if you delete the listing from your inventory. However, the email you received should tell you exactly what to do. Go to ‘Edit Listing’ and remove the word they don’t like.
Thank you. The violation went after deleting!
If you relist it, it will likely get violated again. The correct way to address the violation without deleting the listing is to remove any mention of ‘Jelly Cat’ from your listing. After you edit the listing and remove ‘Jelly Cat,’ create a case for a listing review.
The brand is Jellycat. So that won’t be possible. After the reassessment of the listings realised it was misbranded so my fault.
