I am not sure but I think you cannot remove the review. Its combination of good & bad and it says unless I am wrong
If it’s your fault then there are minimal chances to remove it, if Amazon’s fault then you can remove it.
There should be the function to send amazon to remove your review, but they will say you directly if you can or not.
But if you think you did nothing wrong try to open a case.
You have zero chance of having a product review removed, even if it contravenes the community guidelines. Sorry.
If you are brand registered, open a case and Amazon may remove it.
I think product reviews can be removed just by the customer who did the review, you can’t make a request like with seller feedback removal.
Not a product review but a seller review problem:
We also want to address a negative review from a customer who purchased a product variation with a normal dry effect instead of the oily look combination to make the skin glossy. He complained that our product was counterfeit, but after providing documentation and supply chain information to Amazon, we successfully won the case.
Despite this, he posted a bad review claiming his skin dried out. We appealed to Amazon to remove the review, but it was declined. We didn’t escalate the appeal further out of concern that it might complicate the situation even more.
Thanks a lot everyone. Maybe when you have plenty of time to go head-to-head with Amazon, then you can appeal and escalate it further.
