How do you fix a suppressed listing?

I have just purchased several items to add to another sellers listing however; the listing has now been suppressed. What do you do in these cases?

Amazon Seller Support have suggested emailing the seller to ask them to fix their listing but surely they will be looking at fixing this issue if they want to continue selling it?

If you purchased items to add to another seller’s listing that has been suppressed, you should wait for the seller to fix the listing before adding your items. Contacting the seller to inquire about the listing’s status is a reasonable step, but ultimately, it’s their responsibility to address the issue and reinstate the listing.

View the suppressed listing on the Fix your products page, or click Attribute to filter by specific type of issue.

Enter and/or update the listing according to the attribute.

FYI, if that listing was suppressed for a non-compliant / other major defect regarding the product and you list on it you will also get a policy violation.

Thank you all for the replies. This is what I see when attempting to fix it:

I already submitted the images multiple times but it never shows on the listing or gets fixed

Did you try changing it through the edit process, or by going through Seller Central to open a Seller Support case?

If you need help removing the background, I found this amazing AI site.

I tried amending it through the upload form above. I can go the Seller Support route to see if it makes a difference.

Do you have a link ?

Yes.

Fotor never ceases to amaze me. I have a lot of old, small images with dark backgrounds. By the time I remove the background, and use the AI Enlarger to change them from 350px to 1400px, the images are crystal clear. Absolutely perfect.
