How do you ever get past this ungating rejection?

I sent invoices and emails stating they are the main distributor, along with tracking information, yet still no response. Thanks.

You can only send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASINs under review.

What evidence did you present that they’re an authorized distributor?

Copy of the email from them, stating who they are, along with the tracking information, etc.

The brand has to confirm that they’re authorized, not the supplier itself. Does it state that anywhere on their website? Any supplier can claim they’re authorized, so Amazon won’t accept that.

It would be easier to return the test purchase of ten and move on. I’ll message the brand, thanks. If that doesn’t work, I’ll give up.
