How do you contact the author of a product review?

Hello,

I have a customer that left a bad review about a product that allegedly immediately broke. I would like to make this right for the buyer.

How and where can I find their contact information to contact them? (I could not easily find the information on Seller Central.)

You can only contact the customer if you have brand registry for that product (via Seller Central:Brands:Customer Reviews) See below:

If not, there is nothing you can do. In the past, you could leave a comment but that is no longer possible.

As @AmazonUKForumRefugee says. You can offer a courtesy refund to that customer or message him through seller central. Otherwise, there are no alternative ways of connecting a review to a specific buyer as Amazon does not provide any info of the buyer.

You can contact the buyers who left you Seller Feedback. Product reviews are not tied to orders and you won’t be able to locate the buyer and contact them.
