How do you book parcel collection with DPD?

I see there is option for DPD instead of UPS.

UPS always refuse to take parcels and make problems.

How is it working with DPD?

Once you’ve purchased and printed your labels through Amazon or your shipping portal, log into your DPD account (or register if needed), schedule a pickup by entering your shipping postcode and desired collection date, then choose your parcel count and time window.

Make sure your parcels are properly labeled and securely packed before pickup. DPD couriers are typically more accommodating than UPS about collections at your doorstep, as long as the parcels meet DPD’s size and weight limits.

You’ll receive confirmation and tracking updates via email, and on pickup day the courier will scan all parcels for you.

Many sellers find DPD more reliable than UPS, especially for regular scheduled collections.

Stick with UPS, booking a DPD collection is a nightmare.

Many sellers have had better experiences with DPD, especially when it comes to parcel collection reliability and customer service.

To book a collection, you’ll need to set up a DPD account through their main portal (DPD UK or DPD Local, depending on your location). Once you’re registered, you can manually schedule collections by entering your parcel details, or even set up regular pickups if you ship often. Some sellers also use third-party tools or shipping platforms to streamline the process, but it works well directly through DPD too.

It’s a good idea to test it out with a few shipments and see if the pickup and delivery experience suits your needs better than UPS.

Anything will be better than UPS, thank you.

It all depends on where you are located. I can’t fault UPS.
