Some may split two ASINs on a pallet.
Are you guys hoarding pallet loads per ASIN?
You can get another seller/sellers to buy together and split the stock (this is what I do with others).
Or find another supplier which can sell less units.

The key is finding a group of people that you trust. Not easy in this online world, but not impossible.

I buy everything from one distributor so have no problem filling pallets with multiple asins.
You said to find another seller or sellers to buy stock from. However, both of you will be selling on the same platform, which means you are creating your own competitor who can match your price and make it unprofitable for both.
