How do I turn off EFN to not sell in Europe?

Go to Settings : Cross-Border Fulfilment Settings and uncheck " List your products across Europe".

Why would you want to turn off? More chance of increasing revenue of selling on different marketplaces no?

I turned mine off when Brexit happened.

Seller central - settings top right corner - fulfilment by amazon - then you can turn it off

Surely you are able to adjust your prices to absorb any additional taxes etc ?

No, too much hassle with returns, customs, etc etc. not worth it.
