Just noticed one of my competitors listing “not eligible for change of mind”.
Can we choose this option when creating a listing?
No, you can’t manually select that option. Some items are automatically classified as non-returnable (such as perfumes, food, certain beauty and personal care products, and hazardous materials). I’ve mostly seen the “not eligible for change of mind” notice on customizable products.

What’s the point? Is Amazon going to honor what sellers have put in their listings?

Not really, thats a option that Amazon put on the listing.
