My item is the size of my palm and weighs less than 2lbs. Size and weight do not a make difference. The problem is shipping to Air Force Bases. Is there a way to not accept orders from Air Force Bases? I’ve had to cancel 2 it’s in the past 30 days due to this.
I’ve already contacted Amazon and they were not help.
By the way I am US bases if that makes a difference
You can set the City to APO, FPO, or DPO, set the State/Province/Region to AA, AE, or AP, and the Country/Region to United States when shipping to an APO, FPO, or DPO address. Standard Shipping Deliveries may take up to 21 business days for these addresses.

Hi @Ashish
Where you ship to and for how much is defined in your Shipping Profile, in the sections called Regions.
We ship to them for free, like the rest of our standard orders because they are shipped to military post offices within the USA. They then forward them to the fleets, air, and military bases.
The only thing extra is including a Customs Declaration.
Shipping profiles are also complex. Start with Seller University, Amazon Shipping Settings.
