My account was deactivated, and now I am creating a removal order. To do that, I need to prove the authenticity of my remaining inventory.
I submitted invoices and an LOA, which were verified, but Amazon is also requesting a credit card or bank statement. However, I used my brother’s credit card to make all the purchases from the brand.
Should I edit the bank statement document to include my name, scan it, and then submit it? Or should I submit it as is and explain the situation to Amazon?
I only have 10 days; otherwise, Amazon will dispose of my inventory.
Do not edit or falsify any documents, as this could lead to permanent account suspension. Instead, submit the bank or credit card statement as is and provide a clear explanation to Amazon, including proof of your relationship with your brother (e.g., a letter from him confirming the purchases were made on your behalf).
Yes, include a detailed explanation in your case file to ensure Amazon understands the situation.
As @ecomwithumair says, in no circumstances you can edit documents and submit it to Amazon. They will find out and these deactivations are usually nearly impossible to get lifted.
