thank you for posting into our forum. Please check out this detailed help guide thread which I created to help with defending A-Z claims:
Respond to buyers within 24 hours
Send parcels within the correct window
Use “Tracked” mail.
For expensive items you should have enough margin to ask for “Signature on Delivery”
Use reputable suppliers and depending on the number of sales record serial numbers if you can
Appeal every A-2-Z complaint. Provide proof of delivery including pictures and signature etc
Make signature / photo submission while delivering mandatory.
