How can I solve the problem of A-Z Guarantee scams?

Hello, everyone,

I am selling some expensive items in FBM.

Sometimes I get customers who try to cheat and I would like to prevent this problem. Do you have any tips how to protect myself?

  1. Respond to buyers within 24 hours

  2. Send parcels within the correct window

  3. Use “Tracked” mail.

  4. For expensive items you should have enough margin to ask for “Signature on Delivery”

  5. Use reputable suppliers and depending on the number of sales record serial numbers if you can

  6. Appeal every A-2-Z complaint. Provide proof of delivery including pictures and signature etc

Make signature / photo submission while delivering mandatory.
