I wanted to contact them and offer to refund / replace.
A noble cause.
But, Amazon’s buyers are very “savvy.” If they wanted a refund and/or a replacement, they would have asked. This could be a competitor deliberately trying to trash your product.
As tough as it is, you need to let it go. Focus on getting tons of 5* reviews, which will lessen the impact of the negative review.
