How were you able to contact support if you have been locked out?

Trying contacting customer services via your buyer account. Not saying they will help but how else can you contact Seller Support if you have been locked out. Did you receive any genuine email from Amazon?

Try to reset your password and see if that lets you log back in.

If you are still experiencing issues with a locked account, please email [email protected] and [email protected]. Attach a photo of the issue, your identity documents (such as a passport or ID card) used for account registration, and a bank statement for the deposit method on Amazon. Inform them that this is a seller account and that you have not engaged in any suspicious activity. If Amazon has detected any suspicious activity, request its removal to secure your account. This issue often arises when placing orders on Amazon through a buyer account associated with the same email, password, and 2FA as your seller account.

Just search for Amazon customer support number and call them and tell them that your buyer account has been locked (this has nothing to do with seller account so no need to mention that you are a seller).
