How can I get my money back?

Hi,

As everyone knows, Canada Post has been on strike since around November 14th.

I am doing FBM, and recently Amazon has been granting A-to-Z claims to all customers whose orders are in transit, even if they might be delivered within the next 2–3 days.

Whenever I appeal the decision, I receive an email stating, “We have decided to uphold the original decision and provide the claim.”

I currently have more than 10 orders with A-to-Z claims, and all the money is coming out of my pocket.

Please help! Amazon Seller Central support is a joke, and customer care doesn’t help at all.

This is a challenging situation, but to address it, start by gathering proof of shipment and estimated delivery timelines for the affected orders, including tracking details showing they are still in transit. Submit this documentation with your appeal, emphasizing the Canada Post strike as an external factor beyond your control. Additionally, communicate directly with buyers through Amazon’s messaging system to explain the delay and request that they close their claims once they receive the items. If appeals continue to be denied, escalate the issue through the Amazon Account Health team or consider consulting a professional service specializing in Amazon claims to assist you.
