Hi,
I have an unregistered trademark. I asked my supplier to print it and attach a hang tag to the product. I also uploaded real images that I took myself.
However, my listing is being rejected with Error 5665.
Do I need to pay separately for this approval?
I want to launch a private label product using an unregistered trademark and register the trademark later in the correct category. For now, I have a limited budget.
Thanks.
If your application has already been rejected, review the reason Amazon gave before submitting the same documents again. Repeatedly uploading the same invoice without addressing the stated issue often results in another automatic rejection. Make sure the invoice is issued to your business, is dated within Amazon’s accepted timeframe, shows sufficient quantities where required, and matches the products you are requesting approval for.
If you can share the exact approval request or rejection message, it will be much easier to identify what Amazon is specifically looking for, as the requirements differ depending on the product, brand, and reason for the restriction.
You can get approval to sell on Amazon by creating a seller account and submitting the required documents, such as your PAN, GST (if applicable), bank account details, and business information.
Once Amazon verifies your documents, your account will be approved. If you need help with registration, product listings, or account setup you also connect with some other Ecommerce Product Listing Service provider.
