I made a mistake when creating my listing, my item was supposed to be sold as either a 1 pack or a 3 pack, I clicked to add variation and thought I was going through the process to list both variations at the same time but only the 3 pack got listed.
I went back to add the single item variation but it won’t let me use the same ASIN because it says it conflicts with the quantity of the item that is already in the Amazon catalog (which is my 3 pack) so I get this error message when I try to add the single quantity option.
I don’t know for fact, this is just a guess. It might be better to just delete the listing and start over again. Pretty sure you will waste more time and see your blood pressure hit 200 trying to resolve this with support.
