Amazon have been charging me extra FBA fees on one of my ASINs for few months. I asked for the remeasurement and they lowered the charged FBA fees from $13 to $8 but didnt reimburse me for the extra charged fees on previous orders.
Every time I create a case, they just do a remeasurement but do not look at previous orders on which extra fees were charged.
The total amount to be reimbursed according to my calculations are somewhere around $600
You case requires a serious attention. I recommend you to hire an agency specialize in reimbursements, not everyone can get FBA fee overcharges reimbursed.

Contacting Amazon support via phone call is much more effective than contacting them by email. Try contacting them via phone call instead of email and explain your situation.
