First, check if your listings are still active, in stock, and you haven’t lost the Buy Box. Then look at whether your search rankings have shifted for your main keywords or if competitors have undercut your pricing significantly. Also verify any PPC campaigns are still running if you use them.
The quickest way to diagnose this is checking your Business Reports in Seller Central - if traffic has dropped, it’s likely a visibility/ranking issue. If traffic is normal but conversions stopped, it could be pricing or Buy Box related.
I work with several sellers in pet supplies and home categories, and I haven’t seen widespread reports of issues in these niches over the last couple days, so this might be account-specific rather than a category-wide problem.
