How are all the sellers sourcing brands that don’t allow resellers?

I have been working on wholesale FBA model for some time already and the challenge I encountered is about brands approvals.

Usually we are contacting 100s of Brands on weekly basis over the call or email to approve a dealer account but 90% Brands declines at first and when talk about Amazon selling they don’t even reply and many don’t want Amazon sellers. But if we check their listings on Amazon, There are many new sellers with 0 ratings coming with stock. Question is how are they sourcing when Brand and distributor are not allowing them to sell on Amazon?

Are they lying to supplier they don’t sell on amazon and take approval?

And If we lie to them and take approval and start selling Amazon then what are the chances the Brand won’t send us IP as they are not removing others small sellers?
