How Amazon Labels the Products?

Hi,

If we select Amazon to label the products how do they identify if they are labeling products correctly?

For Eg: UPC on product packaging differs from the UPC per Amazon data. Assuming they take data from Case labels but what if in a shipment there are multiple SKUs and by mistake we mixup Case labels or there are multiple SKUs in a case how do they usually distinguish between products? Does the team check from PDP to match it up?

But I still think that’s not the case, for 1 of my Asin I have been selling via manufacturer barcode but the irony is barcodes on products and on amazons data weren’t same but it was going all smooth for the past 5 months.
