Another issue raised against Getida: Has anyone experienced the same problem while using their services?
I had a similar experience with Seller Investigators. They charged sellers when Amazon reimbursed the missing units through inventory replacement. These were actually products from seller, probably misplaced earlier, but I hadn’t noticed because were too busy, and the claim window expired.
Fortunately, I switched to Groa Group. Unlike other leading agencies, they informed the exact number of units found or reimbursed by Amazon through inventory replacement in their cases, which were added back to the available inventory—all without Groa Group charging a fee.
If Amazon clawed back a fee from one of their cases because the missing units were found in the following months, they also reversed the fee they had charged.
Most leading agencies charge a standard rate of 25%. At Groa, they charge 15%, and in addition to that, they are filing claims across more than 20 categories.
How does it work when you use a reimbursement software? I never used one while processing some 10,000 FBA orders per month. I assume that Amazon will reimburse me automatically once inventory gets lost.
Does this software make Amazon replace lost units with new stock?
Whether you use reimbursement software or a VA/agency, Amazon will replace your missing units if they have the same items in their warehouse.
With reimbursement software, you get all reimbursements, including inventory replacements, without extra fees. Most agencies, however, charge for inventory replacements. Groa Group stands out by not charging for inventory replacements and offering a 100% fee reversal if Amazon recovers units after a previous case.
