I just started selling on the US Amazon Marketplace about 2 months ago and still learning daily. Today I decided to open my listings to the Canada and Mexican markets. To my surprise my Private Label listings are already on these Marketplaces and not listed by me.
It appears someone stole my entire listing; my name, photos, reviews, everything and have it for sale and shipped by a completely different company on both Mexico and Canada marketplaces.
I am Brand Registered and hold the trademark ownership. However, when I go to the link on Seller Central to report the listings, it will not let me submit the complaint because it says it includes my own offer. 
We also tried calling but you cannot file a complaint via phone.
Has this happened to anyone else? I’ve Googled and searched YouTube with no luck on how to proceed.
