The question is: I have my product packed in a carton box with my logo on it and I want my buyers to receive the product in the box. It’s Dims 23x23x20 inches.
Should I use additional shipping box to ship my Items to Amazon warehouse??

Yes. It will protect your product from being banged up during its journey to the Fulfillment center, with Shipping and Box Labels.
You will need to add a Ready to Ship label to your product so that Billy in the warehouse won’t tear your box apart to dig out the contents.
We use these.
P.S. Make sure that outer box doesn’t exceed the maximum length of 25" on any one side, and does not weigh over 50 pounds.
Generally, you don’t need an additional shipping box if your product is in a sturdy carton box with your logo, but ensure it meets Amazon’s packaging and labeling guidelines.
