Hi all. My accountant has asked if I’d have paid vat on our fee’s in march?

I know amaoxn don’t charge it once they ednolage that you are vat registered but in March we was vat reg but amaxon took a while to catch up with it.
Can someone please show me step by step how to find out if been charged vat
Got a 5.5k vat bill and would love to get it down. Thanks

Have a look in Reports : Tax Documents Library. All invoices should be there and they will show if any vat has been charged.

You will see the VAT on your Amazon invoices but you can’t reclaim it on your VAT return. You have to get a refund from Amazon because it shouldn’t have been charged in the first place.

One exception is PPC ads. UK VAT is always charged on PPC ads and you reclaim that on your VAT return.
