Help

Hello Global Forums Community and Moderation Team,
I am seeking urgent support from an Amazon Moderator regarding a complete lockout affecting my Global Seller Account (covering North America and Europe marketplaces).
My primary re are linked across my retail buyer, business buyer, and my active Global Seller Central account under Amazon’s unified Single Sign-On (SSO) system.
My Amazon Business buyer account was recently closed, which has completely deactivated the login credentials for my Seller Central account. Whenever I try to log in, I am met with an infinite redirection loop or an “unauthorized” error.
Global Business Impact:
I have active inventory and sales running blind across multiple global regions.
I cannot access my account health, perform legal invoice requirements, or respond to customer SLAs.
I have all my legal business documents, government-issued ID, and matching bank statements ready for review.
Could a Community Manager (like @Seller_GEZPMc4CeQfh6 or @Seller_stjmArkM4yTDy) please escalate this case to the Seller Identity Verification (SIV) or TRMS team to manually decouple my Seller Central account from the closed buyer database?
Thank you

What happened to you is an account block, we aren’t talking about a suspension.

Account blocks can’t be appealed through Seller Central and sellers aren’t receiving any written communication about it.

They are usually caused by serious buyer/seller account violations.

Are you able to login to the buyer part of your USA account? Are the items in your store still active?

Amazon does this after detecting serious violations on the buyer side, which affect the seller account as well.

In all the cases, which I have seen before, it was due to a seller buying from a direct competitor and leaving him a negative feedback, opening A-Z claims or damaging his account in other ways, such as by triggering customer complaints (counterfeit, used sold as new, etc…).

Normally, in your case I would advise you to contact (message) the Twitter account @amznsellerhelp, they will assist you.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to post here whenever you need help.

Thanks @Kika for the response.

To clarify:

  1. My selling account has 100% healthy metrics with ZERO customer complaints, competitor interference, or policy violations.
  2. The buyer account hold/closure was purely an administrative SSO lock on the root email node, not due to buyer-side abuse.
  3. Yes, my entire SSO login (including buyer side) is locked out, but my storefront inventory remains active.

Because this is a systemic SSO lock rather than a performance suspension, Seller Support contact forms fail automatically. I would appreciate it if an Amazon Community Manager (@Seller_GEZPMc4CeQfh6 or @Seller_stjmArkM4yTDy) could escalate this to TRMS/Identity team for a manual override or email decoupling.

If you genuinely have no buyer-side or seller-side policy violations, I would focus the escalation entirely on restoring access rather than submitting documents for an account-health appeal that does not exist.

I would ask the Community Managers to escalate specifically as an account-access/SSO issue and provide screenshots of the redirect loop or “unauthorized” message, your merchant token if available, affected marketplaces, registered email address and any case IDs you managed to obtain before losing access.

I would also avoid creating another seller account or attempting to work around the lock, as that could potentially create a genuine related-account problem on top of the existing access issue.

I had this same issue happen to me repeatedly. But you need to understand that as a part of the block, you lose all access, not just to the Seller Central, but to the forum as well.

You can reach the Amazon Seller Forum Community Managers through Twitter. Just tag or PM @amznsellerhelp

It’s the same as if you posted on the Amazon Seller Forum.

This (forum) where you posted is not a forum operated by Amazon. And their official forum cannot be accessed during the block.
