Hello,
we have a product that’s smoking wood, it ships in a 10” square box weighing 7kg.
Is there a way to send a pallet of 30 units in without having to carton pack them ie, 2 x 7kg boxes in 15 cartons?
Thank you

Certainly, if you’d like to avoid carton packing, you can directly palletize the 30 units of your smoking wood product. To do this, you’ll need a pallet that can accommodate the weight and dimensions of the boxes. You can stack the 10" square boxes directly on the pallet, ensuring they’re stable and secure for shipping. Just make sure to use proper wrapping or strapping to prevent movement during transit.
Yes, it’s possible to send a pallet of 30 units without carton packing them individually, but there are some considerations:
Pallet Stability: Ensure that the items on the pallet are stable and won’t shift during transportation. You may need to secure them with straps, shrink wrap, or pallet bands to prevent movement.
Pallet Weight Limits: Check the weight limits for pallet shipments with your chosen carrier. A pallet with 30 units, each weighing 7kg, may exceed weight limits depending on the carrier’s rules.
Pallet Dimensions: Make sure the pallet dimensions are within the carrier’s guidelines. A standard pallet size is 48" x 40", but this can vary.
Labeling: Properly label the pallet with shipping information, including the ASIN or SKU of your product.
Palletizing Service: Some carriers or fulfillment centers offer palletizing services for a fee, which can help ensure your pallet is properly prepared for shipping.
