Help with re-activation, please

Hi guys,
Can anyone out there help with the account re-activation, please? Got 3 IPs within the last 3 months and Amazon of course temporarily deactiveted me. I’ve tried the account health specialist but they just want me to contact the trademark/brand owners asking them to withdraw the complaint. I contacted the brands with no answer so far. The problem is that the products were not restricted on Amazon, I was ungated so I listed them…as always. Shortly after that I got IPs without even selling 1 unit! Thank you

To reactivate your account, you’ll need to address the IP complaints effectively. First, compile all relevant documentation, including invoices or proof of authenticity for the products in question, to demonstrate that you were authorized to sell them. Continue reaching out to the trademark or brand owners politely and professionally, requesting them to withdraw the complaints. If they remain unresponsive, provide Amazon with a Plan of Action (POA) outlining the steps you’ve taken to prevent future issues, such as implementing stricter sourcing procedures. Emphasize that the products were ungated and listed in good faith. Submit the POA and supporting documents through the account health dashboard and follow up consistently with Amazon’s support team for updates.

Hello Muhammad,
One issue is that I got the products from retail in small numbers only to test the waters and see the demand. I listed them because they were not showing as restricted and I was ungated. A few hours after that I got IPs without selling even 1 unit. Now Amazon doesnt accept my retail receipts as a proof that they were legit branded items, they want proper invoices from the brand or distributors. The account helth support just keep repeating themselves that I should have known. Even now I still can list them, anybody can. Amazon doesnt want to admit that there is an error because those product dont show as resteicted! It is a vicious circle! I emailed all 3 companies apologizing and explaining the situation, and asking to retract the complaints. Still waiting for their response. I asked for some help within the fcb groups but there is so many scammers pretending to help and asking for an access to your account. Dont want to risk that. If I just knew somebody with personal experience of the same kind who can recommend a trustworthy person for the account reactivation. Thanks

Hello @Pradoslav,

welcome and thank you for joining! I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been deactivated due to Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaints.

Please note that no deactivations on Amazon are temporary, they are all final unless you successfully appeal.

On Amazon, the majority of products are not restricted, however many brands vigorously pursue unauthorized resellers with Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaints to get them removed from listings they are keeping for themselves or their contracted resellers.

If your products are authentic, then the brand cannot legally force you out of their listings. However, the Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaints have to be retracted.

Normally, you should hire a lawyer, make them contact the brand, demand a retraction of the frivolous complaints under the threat of litigation.

Where did you source the inventory? Are you 100% sure it’s legit? What were the brands?
