Hello, I am a new Amazon seller, my first FBA shipment arrived on June 13th, and I haven’t had access to my Seller Central since June 18th when I received an email from amazon telling me to reactivate my account due to dormancy. I clicked the link in the email to reactivate my account and went through the process. Since then, I have not been able to log in and have continually been told that there is no account with my email address.
Even though I still received/am receiving all of my FBA updates, billing updates, sales updates and questions from buyers. To THAT email address, Amazon Seller Verification says does not exist.
I have been emailing, chatting and faxing every possible contact that I can find but I have still not recieved help.
thank you for joining. I am sorry to hear about your situation. Unfortunately, it seems like you clicked on a phishing link and let someone into your account. Your e-mail address is being shown as not being in the system, because the hacker already removed it and you are no longer the account owner.
You will need to contact Amazon and report a compromised account to regain your access.
Hi @Kika, thank you for responding. This is what I originally thought as well and went this route with them first and they would not help me. I just continually get a canned response telling me that it is not possible and they can not locate an account with my email address… well no kidding!!
The strange part is that I am still receiving system-generated emails (FBA shipment and fulfillment alerts, PPC campaign updates, Buyer questions, Payment and Sales Updates) to my original email, and my first payment went into my bank account, that was just few days ago on July 8, and this all started on June 18.
