Hello everyone, what happens when a customer claims that the FBA product they received was incomplete?

While sending the shipment to Amazon fulfilment center i assumed they double check if all products are not defected and complete. And when a customer claims that there are some missing parts, what should i do? Its an FBA product.

Click refund and move on.

You have set yourself for this mess by shipping direct to FBA from your supplier. What you saved in cost is directly flowing out the backdoor like water when you have all the claims that need settled.

You are not in a good position, all you can do is click refund. Too many cases and you will be done selling on amazon and possibly forfeit all the goods you have in the FBA system.

Wrong assumption. How are they supposed to know if your product is incomplete and/or damaged?
