Heads up for anyone sending parcels to the USA

Major postal services, including Royal Mail and DHL, are temporarily pausing some parcel deliveries to the US. This is due to confusion over new import tax rules signed by President Trump, which start on August 29th.

Previously, many low-value items were exempt from tax, but this is changing. The services are working quickly to set up new systems to handle the changes.

Good to know: Royal Mail has confirmed that sending letters and cards is not affected

Yes, I am aware that Slovakian or Czech post are no longer accepting any low value shipments into the USA.

I am so lucky that I have enough inventory in the US to secure fulfillment of orders for the next 10 years.

What a terrible way how to destroy international trade for Trump.
