Everything was approved except my bank account information. It’s the same account I used to open a seller account and it was an up to date statement.
Any ideas?

This usually happens even when the bank account is valid because Amazon’s INFORM Act verification is strict about format matching, not just account ownership. The most common issue is that the bank statement doesn’t exactly match the legal business name or address in Seller Central, or the document type is slightly off (for example, screenshot instead of full official statement PDF). Another frequent reason is that the statement is not recent enough or the bank details show abbreviations that don’t perfectly align with what Amazon has on file. In some cases, even a minor mismatch in account holder name spacing or missing IBAN/SWIFT formatting can trigger rejection. Since your account was previously accepted, this is more likely a verification re-check rather than a new problem, so re-uploading a clean, full official bank statement that exactly matches your Seller Central details usually resolves it quickly.
Go to the documents section of your online bank account. You should have a Letter of (I forget what it is called) from when you first opened the account. Such document worked for me.
