Has anyone used this service?

I use it only in extreme circumstances when I can’t physically fulfill orders from other channels, but I strictly try to avoid it as much as possible because it is probably the most expensive service in the UK. It’s not reliable, with frequent delays. Additionally, their proof of delivery is only marked as “DELIVERED,” but we all know how Amazon drivers operate, there’s no geolocation or delivery photo. Many times, I’ve faced issues with customers claiming they didn’t receive their orders. When I contacted Amazon to clarify, they simply stated that since the order was marked as delivered, they wouldn’t take any further action.

My advice: avoid it!

It was quite expensive. I have a product in the Amazon warehouse that was also sold on eBay. A Royal Mail First Class label cost me £3.10, but the Amazon label cost more than £4.50. Additionally, Amazon tracking doesn’t work most of the time.

FBA fees are high now as it is, but their MCF are even higher. As long as you have enough volume I would recommend using your own 3PL with your own courier rates as it will likely be much cheaper than amazons MCF.
