No, they do not. Korean brands are the ones that issue most of the IP’s. I would say stay away from them.
Do they supply invoices ? I have only ever had the usual email with order confirmation- not an actual invoice.
I have been able to use the normal email a couple of times but they also declined it other times. I only tried because I suddenly got gated for the product.
