Has anyone managed to resolve something like this?

My Amazon buying account was closed due to verification issues (long story, I’m not even sure what’s going on, despite providing them with all the requested information).

Now, my seller account, which is linked to that buying account, is also affected, and I’m not getting any responses from Amazon.

Any tips or guidance would be really appreciated.

You need to get in touch with Amazon Support (buyer account) and get it sorted. I had this issue before.
