Has anyone here successfully gotten approved in a similar situation?

Hey everyone, hoping someone here has dealt with this before.

I’m trying to open an Amazon Seller account under my newly formed LLC. I used a registered agent when forming the LLC for privacy purposes, so the LLC documents show the registered agent address instead of my personal home address.

I’ve already submitted everything Amazon asked for, including:

  • Driver’s license / ID

  • EIN confirmation letter

  • LLC formation documents

  • LLC bank statement

  • All other requested verification documents

But Amazon keeps rejecting the application saying the addresses don’t match. This is now the 4th rejection.

The issue seems to be that my LLC uses the registered agent address while my ID and personal address are different.

Any advice would really help because Amazon support has been giving generic responses only.

This happens a lot with registered agent addresses. Amazon usually wants the business address, bank statement, and identity documents to connect clearly. The best workaround is usually using a real operating address (home or virtual office) instead of the registered agent address, then updating the LLC and bank records to match. Amazon’s verification team mainly looks for consistency across all submitted documents.

Explain to amazon that the registered agent address is intentional for privacy, and attach proof like the RA’s confirmation letter Call Seller Support and ask for an agent familiar with LLC or registered agent cases.
