hello everyone, Seller permit and resale certificate is same document in Wyoming?
I heard that Wyoming is one of the states which provides only 1 permit for both selling and reselling.

In Wyoiming you can claim a Sales Tax Licence. And when you want to buy from some supplier sales tax-free, then often you must fill a resale certificate for the supplier. This works almost like this in every state…
