Here’s an email I sent today:

“Hi,

I just wanted to ask if it is possible to order in bulk from your company. For example, I would be happy to place an order of 40x [INSERT PRODUCT] today for £1340.4 as well as more products.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Levi”

A lot of retailers terms and conditions prohibit reselling so don’t allow bulk order or non usual retail - eg. Boots and Argos

Follow up with a polite reminder about your inquiry, expressing your eagerness to hear back.

I might have asked for wholesale pricing.

When we come across a line of plush toys I like, I use the comments/message link on their website.

I tell them that I think their products would fit well in our existing product line, and would like to know how we could obtain a wholesale account. Works well.
