Has anyone faced the same issue?

I can’t log in to Amazon Seller Central using my child access. After entering my login details, it asks for an OTP from my authenticator app. I enter the correct OTP multiple times, but it keeps showing an error message: “The OTP is not valid, please try again.”

If your OTP is not working, first ensure your device’s date and time settings are set to automatic, as an incorrect time can cause OTP mismatches. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser or device. If you recently reset your phone or reinstalled the authenticator app, the OTP codes may no longer be synced correctly, and you might need to reset two-step verification. You can do this by logging in through the primary account holder’s access and disabling/re-enabling MFA for the child account. If you’re still locked out, contact Amazon Seller Support and request a manual reset by verifying your identity.

Have you checked if your authenticator app’s time is in sync? Sometimes that causes OTP errors. Also, switching browsers or using incognito mode might work.

Yes, definitely try syncing the time on your authenticator app, as it often fixes OTP errors. Also, clearing cache, switching browsers, or using incognito mode might help.
