Has anyone faced a similar situation where the account was deactivated after brand approval?

Hi everyone,

I need some guidance regarding my Amazon seller account reactivation.

My account was deactivated due to an authenticity review for NYX Professional Makeup ASINs. The confusing part is that Amazon has already granted me brand approval for NYX.

I have submitted:

• Amazon brand approval confirmation
• Supplier invoices with details
• Supplier business/authorization information
• Product images

Despite this, my account is still not reactivated.

What worked for you, revised appeal, POA format, or escalation?

Any advice or sample appeals would be highly appreciated.

Thank you in advance

Hey Austin,
I’ve helped a few sellers in the same situation, and I know how frustrating it is. The main thing is to show Amazon clearly there’s no risk of authenticity issues.
I believe this can help

Point out the gap: You already have brand approval, but your account is still deactivated make that obvious.

Keep your Plan of Action simple but strong:
Explain what caused the review (even if it’s just a misunderstanding).

Show what you’ve done: verified invoices, supplier info, product images.

Explain what you’ll do to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Follow up / escalate: If your appeal keeps getting rejected, politely ask Seller Support or Seller Performance for escalation. Include your brand approval docs they’re your strongest proof.

Already provided everything and nothing works. I am stuck in endless cycle of rejected Plan of Action

I can help

What is the marketplace? You should be able to sue them if you have legit invoices and you aren’t getting anywhere with appealing.
