I sell both FBA and FBM. Currently, I want to switch to an Individual seller account for FBM during the summer and sell within the UK, as I want to avoid the monthly Professional selling fees during the quieter months.
However, all of a sudden, this issue has come up and it won’t let anyone buy my products. My current agent doesn’t seem to be able to figure it out, and I’ve contacted Seller Support, but their suggestions haven’t helped.

UK Individual account has no Buy Box so listings show but aren’t buyable switch to Pro plan £25/mo or set 1-day handling + tracking template check Manage Inventory for missing shipping/condition notes.
Ok, the first thing I would check is whether your listings are showing as “Inactive,” “Not Eligible,” or have lost the Featured Offer. Individual accounts can still sell on Amazon, but they have limitations and can sometimes experience issues with existing listings, especially if there are inventory, shipping template, or offer eligibility problems occurring at the same time.
Thank you. I’m wanting to avoid the monthly fee . The fbm worked for a while but turkey is now ticked as a professional account - I only sell uk ! And it won’t let me change it . This happened once before and i changed all to individual plan and it was fixed ! But now it won’t let me change the turkey one
