About two months ago, my bank account was frozen due to a P2P transaction that was reported as fraudulent. After the investigation, my account was unblocked, and the entire amount was returned to me.
Now, all of a sudden, my account has been blocked again. I called my bank’s helpline, and they gave me a case number and told me that the account has been blocked by the NCCIA Gujranwala office. They advised me to contact them directly.
If so, how did you resolve it, and how long did it take? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Contact your branch manager by email or visit your branch and ask which specific transaction has been flagged as suspicious by the NCCIA, or whether someone has filed a dispute regarding a transaction you received.
Second, before contacting the NCCIA, make sure you have filed all outstanding tax returns with the FBR.
Also, prepare all relevant contracts and supporting documents that justify and prove the legitimacy of your transactions.
Same issue has come with me, I have done P2P payment in my account but they say it is disputed, I visited the branch and they have written an application and put the proof of binance.
