I am Brand Registered and someone has changed the images on one of my listings and I can’t change them back.
Seller Support are telling me that because I have accounts in different regions (ie all the European marketplaces) I need to reactivate these accounts (they have become deactivated due to the fact that I have never sold in these marketplaces) before I can request to have images changed.
This does not make any sense to me at all and just wondered if anyone has dealt with something similar?
Hi @jamie, I have never had this issue personally, sorry I won’t be of much help with a first hand experience. What are they asking you to do that you are unable to do? Usually Amazon will give lots of details when requesting information in my experiences, not always though.
Are you brand registered in both the U.K. and EU? The images could have been changed from an EU site where a hijacker has an opportunity if you are not brand registered in the EU in addition to the U.K.
My listing has been changed to a different product and the Seller Support are being unhelpful.
No only brand registered in the UK. I never sell in the EU and these accounts are now deactivated due to inactivity and I need to reactivate them but despite repeatedly asking no one at seller support is telling me how to do this. All information is verified and the submit button is greyed out.
Is this listing FBA or MFN? Also, do you have a lot in stock of this product?
