Has anyone else received this?

Hi everyone,

I received a customer product reviews policy violation, and the listing page has been removed.

To address this amazon are asking me to have a POA do with manipulating reviews. I have not done anything like this.

I cannot accept fault for something I did not do and do not know what the review was. Any advice around this would be really great.

thank you for posting into our forum. Since only the impacted listing has been removed, I would advise you to simply wait for the violation to disappear from your metrics after 180 days.

Amazon will often remove a listing even though only one seller engaged in prohibited activities. So, if you haven’t done anything wrong, I would advise you to rather not poke the sleeping bear and move on.
