Has anyone else received something like this where the ASIN and product title don't match?

Why would Amazon require video verification for this?

We are writing to let you know that you have Fulfillment by Amazon inventory that is under review for authenticity. During this review, your listings may be deactivated, and you will be unable to initiate a removal request for any impacted inventory.

This review is separate from any action regarding the status of your account.

The following ASINs are under review:

ASIN: -

Title: Gliss ~pO0 Ultimate Repair

13.6 Ounce (400ml)

What happens now?

You must complete a virtual verification through a video interview.

To register for a virtual identity verification, follow the on-screen instructions in the “Virtual Identity Verification Form”:

https://aul.quaiiics.com/jfe/form/svbKrkNT

The Virtual Identity Verification Form is hosted by Qualtrics, which is an external company, so the link does not lead to our website. After we receive your response on this form, we will invite you for a video interview at one of your preferred times, pending availability.

Who should attend the video interview?

The owner and operator of this account should attend this verification interview. Depending on your business model, we understand there may be additional business partners who are integral to your business operations. These additional parties may also attend the verification interview, as long as they have substantiating documentation showing their relationship to the business.

What about my inventory that is still under review?

In order to demonstrate the authenticity of your inventory, provide supply chain documents that demonstrate that your inventory is genuine. A plan of action is not necessary, and there is no required format for your response. Submit documents such as the following:

– Invoices and receipts. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible.

Yes, a friend went through this not long ago, and it turned out fine. Just make sure you have all the necessary documentation: invoices, tracking numbers or links, proof of delivery, bank statements, and anything else that can prove your ASIN was genuine. If you have all of that, you should be fine.
