Has anyone dealt with a similar issue or successfully appealed such a claim?

Hello,

Amazon is claiming my product contains butylphenyl methylpropional (Lilial), which isn’t true. I’ve verified the ingredient list, and it’s clear that Lilial is not included. I’m unsure how to prove this to Amazon.

Your guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

I just submitted photos with ingredients and said I made a mistake (I actually did it) and also removed the ingredients from the list. Now the violation is gone. I don’t know what actually worked.

Have you emailed the brand directly to ask for a list of ingredients?

You don’t need to mention you’re a reseller, you could be a customer for all they know.

Provide this letter as evidence to amazon.

Also if you could submit photos of all sides of the product including the ingredients list.

Open a case where you show them the ingredients, can be screenshots with the label and even link to those websites.

Then let us know if it works.
