Has anyone come across this situation?

I generated FBA shipping labels in October 2023 and Amazon closed them on January 7 when it hit the 90 day mark since generation of labels.

Goods have cleared customs and are ready to be dispatched to the warehouse.

I’ve opened up a case and have read online that if you provide proof of purchase they reopen it.

I’ve not heard from the seller support it’s been two days.

It’s not unusual to face this situation with FBA shipping labels. Opening a case and providing proof of purchase is a good step. It might take some time for seller support to respond, so be patient.
