People really complained that they received 5ml instead of 1ml?! It beggars belief!
You need to recall the item and relist it as 5ml, relabel and resend back to FBA.
I agree. Wouldn’t customers be less likely to complain since they received more than what they ordered? They expected 1ml but got 5ml instead.
