As per my understanding, it is recommended to not work on Hazmat products. But if we follow Amazon guidelines we can work on these products. I am talking about Fragrance category that I would like to sell on Amazon.
Any tips or guidance if I should go ahead with this or not.

As long as you factor in the higher shipping inbound costs into your analysis then it’s all good.
You just need to apply if you haven’t already to get registered onto the Dangerous Goods program
Reasons I no longer sell Hazmat:
Higher inbound shipping costs
Much longer FBA lead times
Low Hazmat storage limits
Higher shipping cost and prep cost can be covered by higher margins. I did take that into account but not the other two factors.
What I understand is higher FBA lead time would mean, more chances of customers refusing to accept deliveries and filing for a refund. That is bad for business.
Low storage limit means I either have to buy inventory that I can sell out quickly or in not too large quantity.

there are limited FCs that can handle hazmat products so shipping is usually farther than normal and the time it takes for products to be sellable is much longer.
You can check your aersol and flammable capacity by clicking the link at the bottom of your shipments screen. It will likely be next no nothing.
