Can upload products MSDS (material safety data sheet) files to comply with GPSR requirements ?
We need to list 480 files for our products in all EU marketplaces , and I want to upload these MSDS.
I don’t want to work in vain and then not be accepted.

Yes, you can upload all of the requested information or documents, even if you aren’t the listing creator or there are multiple other sellers.
I also received many hundreds of these requests with a December 2024 deadline. More and more of them are appearing every day.
It’s always better for you to start slowly uploading them as opposed to hoping that someone else does.
